Payment

Do I have to pay for my VzzBee product upfront?

At VzzBee, we have designed modern solutions to satisfy the needs of today’s consumers. That’s why we offer subscription-style products, so you know exactly what you’ll pay for protection each month.

What are the prices?

Cancellation

Will I be charged fees when I cancel my VzzBee protection?

If you cancel after day 7 of coverage, filed a claim in your first week, or used any benefits during your 7-day trial, you will not see a refund. You must cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled monthly payment in order to waive future subscription charges. If you cancel, you will have coverage for the duration of your last paid-in-full term.

Claims

How do I file a claim?

Easy! Just open your VzzBee App, click 'More' to find the 'Claims' tab, then hit the '+' button. Then from there, it's smooth sailing! You can also call our Claims Department at +1 (844) 583-3674 to start the claims process and we will answer your call as quickly as possible.

How will I get paid for a claim?

Our Claims department will help you to process your claim report. Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue payment, minus the amount of your deductible, directly into your account.

How fast will a claim be paid?

Our goal is to pay claims in a timely manner once all necessary information is received. The process may take longer if multiple claims are filed and/or important details are missing. We will be in contact if there are any substantial delays with your claim.
